Why do you need to complete this paperwork you ask? The Architectural Control Committee is formed to maintain the esthetics of the neighborhood. The forms and procedures follow hand in hand with your deed restrictions. All forms are filed thru Walker County Clerk and are legally binding documents. The ACC committee has 60 days to review an application before voting and responding. The 60 days begin from the day a completed application is received.
